Data Protection Notice — GDPR and Kazakhstan Personal Data Law

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for users in the EU/EEA and in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A. GDPR (EU/EEA users)
Legal bases are set out in our Privacy Policy. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Requests for access, erasure or portability go to privacy@carsourcehub.com.
B. Kazakhstan — Law No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Their Protection”
For residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan we process personal data in accordance with Law of the RK No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
B.1 Consent
Collection, processing and cross-border transfer of your personal data is performed with your consent, given when you submit an inquiry, register an account or contact us. Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time; we then stop processing except where retention is required by law.
B.2 Cross-border transfer
Your data may be transferred to the People’s Republic of China and to the country of destination for the purpose of executing the export transaction. Transfer is carried out only with your consent and where the recipient ensures protection of the transferred data.
B.3 Your rights under RK law
To know that your data is held, to receive information on the processing, to demand change, blocking or destruction of data that is incomplete, outdated, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary for the stated purpose, and to withdraw consent.
