These terms govern use of carsourcehub.com and our vehicle export brokerage services.
1. Scope of service
Vehicle listings, inquiry matching, inspection reports, trade documents, logistics and customs support for export trade. Listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers.
2. Contract and payment
Each transaction is governed by a signed sales contract or proforma invoice. Only deposits may be paid online; the balance is settled by T/T or L/C under the contract. Bank details are only valid when confirmed through our official channels.
3. Buyer obligations
The buyer is responsible for verifying import eligibility in the destination country, including age limits, steering side, emission standards and conformity certification, and for paying duties, VAT and local fees.
4. Liability
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure, carrier action, or import-policy changes in the destination country, but will assist in resolving them. Liability is in any case limited to the service fee received.
5. Governing law
Unless the signed contract states otherwise, the contract terms and the law chosen therein prevail over this page.
