1. Deposit refunds

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to platform reasons, the deposit is fully refundable. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the customer.

2. Vehicle disputes

If the delivered vehicle significantly deviates from the inspection report, a claim may be filed within 7 days of arrival; the platform will mediate.

3. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment channel within 5-10 business days.
